
- Our Company offers three different maintenance agreements designed to keep your heating and air conditioning system working as efficiently as possible.
- a. Cleaning or replacing of filters.
- b. Checking refrigerant pressures.
- c. Tightening and checking electrical connections and components.
- d. Checking for proper voltage and amp draw.
- e. Oiling and greasing motor. (where applicable)
- f. Checking and cleaning condensale drain system.
- g. Cleaning outdoor coils.
- h. Checking heating and cooling operation, including ignition sequence, safety controls and overall system operation.
The following are features included in all three:
- Base Agreement:
- This agreement provides two annual inspections including all of the above listed features with one in the spring and the other in the fall. We will call to set up an appointment at your convenience. Also included in this agreement is "B" flat rate pricing for repairs. (Good)
- Advantage Agreement
- This agreement includes all of the same services as the Base Agreement with one spring visit and one fall visit. Also included is the "A" flat rate pricing for repairs. (Better)
- Advantage Plus Agreement
- This agreement includes all of the same services as the Base Agreement with one spring visit and one fall visit. Also included in this agreement is "A+" flat rate pricing for repairs and there is never a labor charge. (Best)

Service Rates:
Our normal service call is $55.00 which includes all truck and diagnostic fees, as well as travel and half hour labor. Any repairs needed will be billed using a flat rate price which is determined by the repair. If you are not enrolled in one of our maintenance agreements than you will be billed at full retail. Also, during the spring and fall we run specials for maintenance usually $10.00 less than a service call.
What We Service:
We service and maintain all makes and models of equipment, both residential and light commercial. Our service technicians are factory trained and provide you with fast and courteous service. We also give you, the customer, a thirty day labor warranty and a one year parts warranty on any repair we make. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
