Zack Smith from J&M Air Conditioning & Heating was my 3rd appointment for an estimate on replacing my evaporated coil that was in warranty.I have been with my company Proflo for 9years, but they are merging with a different company.Proflo put in my evaporated coil in 2022. The quote they gave me to complete the job was just ridiculously high! So they came back with a second quote, still too high! So I set out to find another company. Zack Smith was so professional and knowledgeable and point it out things that the others didn’t. He gave me a fair price that’s all I was looking for was a fair price.
